Privacy

This is the privacy notice for mom’z list, the registry for pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood made by mom’z (Shirin Fardi, registered in Spain, VAT ESY0917450V).
We collect as little as possible. We do not sell data. We do not run ad pixels. We do not share information with third parties for marketing.
What we collect
Your email address, when you sign in via magic link, so we can recognise you across sessions and send the daily summary if anything moves on your list.
Your first name, if you give one, so we can address you in copy where it helps.
The contents of your lists — items, notes, photographs you upload — because the product cannot work without them.
Activity events when you use the product, such as which lists you open, when you share, and when someone takes care of an item. We use these to understand what’s working and to fix what isn’t.
A small amount of technical data — your IP address, your browser type — to prevent abuse and to deliver email reliably.
When someone is sent your list, the recipient’s name and, optionally, their email, if they choose to enter one when reserving an item. They can choose to remain anonymous, in which case we keep no name.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers. We do not embed third-party analytics like Google Analytics or Meta pixels. We do not track you across other websites. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone.
Who handles your data on our behalf
Supabase, our database and authentication provider, stores everything in the European Union.
Lovable, our hosting and email provider, runs the application and sends the daily summary emails.
That is the complete list. We do not use any other processors.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account in settings, we delete everything within thirty days.
If you stop using the product without deleting your account, we keep your data indefinitely. You can write to us at any time to ask us to remove it.
Your rights under European law
You have the right to see what data we hold about you. You have the right to ask us to correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You have the right to ask us to stop processing it.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority if you think we have not handled your data properly. For Spain, where we are registered, this is the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). For Germany, this is your state’s Datenschutzbehörde. Cookies
We use cookies that are essential to the product: one that keeps you signed in, one that holds your active guest list before you have an account, one that prevents abuse. We do not use cookies for advertising. We do not need a cookie banner because we do not set non-essential cookies.
Changes to this notice
If we change something material, we will tell you by email. If you have not given us an email, we will note the change at the top of this page and date it.
